Q1: Which materials can be printed?
A: ABS plastics or similar plastics, Nylon, Metal material such as steel, AL.etc

Q2.How long can I get my printing product and how to ensure the integrity of products?
A: The lead time depends on your design drawing and the post-process you choose. It often spends 5-7 days.When the product finished, we will use foam for all-round coverage, then put it into reinforced cartons, and then give it to the courier. We can take photos with customers before and after packaging.

Q3. What payment way is available by ProtoMat?
A: Made in China Trade order, T/T.

Q4: Could you send to my country?
A: Yes, we do business are around the world, please contact with us to consult the details delivery charge;

Q5:  If outside of China(Mainland), must I pay customs duties, import taxes, VATS, etc...?

Please provide STP/STL//3MF or other formats suitable for 3D printers. If needed, our customer manager is happy to assist with file format conversions.

File Verification 
Different software may have varying compatibility, and converting formats or using different programs can lead to discrepancies in details, especially with threaded parts.
To avoid any issues, we encourage you to carefully verify all details with our customer service team before placing your order.
Split Printing 
Please note that products in a single STL file cannot be split into separate parts by default. If your STL file contains multiple products or requires assembly, kindly split the file into multiple parts beforehand for smoother printing.

Assembly  
When designing assembly parts, please ensure there is sufficient clearance. Different processes and materials may result in dimensional variations, so we recommend incorporating enough clearance in your design and using assembly parts made from the same material.

Please understand that the production of customized products takes time and cannot be expedited. To ensure timely delivery, we are unable to support modifications, file replacements, or order cancellations for confirmed orders. We greatly appreciate your understan
